Eligibility:
- Hometown must be in a West River county
- Identifies as female
- Must be enrolled in the institution during award year, pursing a STEM degree
- This award will rotate annually between local higher education institutions: South Dakota Mines, Black Hills State, Western Dakota Tech
- 2024-25 award will be awarded to a Western Dakota Technical College student
